Returns for Amazon-linked purchases are governed by the Amazon seller and the terms displayed during that transaction.
Amazon-linked purchases
Start returns from the Amazon account used to place the order. See Underwater does not receive the order number, payment details, shipment, or returned merchandise and cannot authorize or issue that refund.
Check before buying
Review the seller name, condition, return eligibility, return deadline, warranty information, and any restocking or return-shipping terms shown on Amazon before completing the purchase.
Future direct purchases
The planned See Underwater direct store targets a 30-day unused-merchandise return window, but that policy is not active until direct checkout is separately launched and clearly identified.
